Description:

A community-based, self-help, support, education and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of those with mental illness, their families, and those touched by mental illness.       

Offers a helpline; information and referral to appropriate resources; support groups for consumers, families and loved ones of someone with a mental illness; systems advocacy services for individuals and families coping with mental illnesses and an array of mental health education and trainings including Family-to-Family and Peer-to-Peer classes, monthly educational meetings and a quarterly newsletter.
