Description:

A community resource for children, teens, adults and older adults with special needs and their families. Programming is provided in four major areas:

  • Children's programs: A full spectrum of professional services to help children with disabilities, profound medical issues and special needs reach their full potential.
  • Long-term care: Adults and older adults with disabilities and special needs reach their highest levels of independence with assistance from the caring professionals.
  • Employment services: New approaches to job training, placement and coaching, empowering adults with disabilities and other barriers to success to reach their highest levels of independence.
  • Behavioral health programs: Recovery-focused behavioral health services with an emphasis on making connections to community resources, including social services, housing, therapies and medication monitoring.
