Forward Choices, LLC is a Community Mental Health Clinic. Strength based, individual focused treatment planning is utilized to service populations of all age ranges and mental health needs. Individual therapy, family therapy, adolescent group therapy, and animal-assisted therapy.
A multidisciplinary staff is available to service the best interests of clients seeking mental health services. Core staff are professionally licensed and supervised. It is Forward Choices clinic practice to work closely with existing psychiatrists and primary care physicians to coordinate care and services to each client.
