Life Navigators supports kids and adults with disabilities to live, work and fully participate in our community. Provides training and support to give individuals the confidence and skills needed to be active members of our community. Programs and services include social and community outings, information and assistance, long-term care services, special needs trusts, self-advocacy and self-protection programming and futures planning.
