Offers programs and services to people with disabilities of all kinds and in all age groups to promote independent living. Provides systemic advocacy to facilitate policy changes in the community and teaches people how to advocate for themselves. Offers comprehensive information and referral regarding disability-related issues and community resources and services. Specific program areas include assistive technology, benefits, employment, business accessibility, disability rights, independent living skills training and peer support.

Provides information and advocacy related to disability and access issues including the ADA, transportation, long-term care and fair housing. Also provides assistance in helping people with disabilities understand their benefits.
