The Parent Helpline provides confidential phone counseling, information, resources and referrals for anyone in a parenting role concerning any issue that impacts the well-being of a child. IMPACT 2-1-1 responds after hours. The Parenting Network also offers a wide variety of weekly parenting programs including support groups and education at locations throughout Milwaukee County.
