Offers programs in education, housing and human services for families, children, youth and the aging; promotes cultural, racial and linguistic understanding; and community planning and development supportive of social and economic equity. Educational programs include the Guadalupe Head Start program, Centro Hispano High School, Adult Education, and Workforce Solutions. Social Service programs provide assistance with immigration, legal translations, W-7 applications, and family support. Housing for the elderly helps to provide quality affordable housing to seniors and people with disabilities.
