Description:

The Fostering Healing Program seeks to strengthen the lives of children living with relatives or in foster care whose young lives have been touched by severe neglect, abuse, violence, or crime. We provide legal assistance, advocacy, trauma focused counseling, and system navigation to help children and their caregivers establish or restore a sense of safety, stability and well-being.

Kids Matter CASA Program is an organization of volunteers that advocates for abused and neglected children in Milwaukee County Children's Court.  A Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is appointed by the court to independently investigate the cases of these children and advocate for what is best for each child with the goal of a loving, safe and permanent home.

Fostering Hope Packages treat children who are entering foster care with dignity. The goal is to be able to provide each child with an appropriate bag (a backpack, gym bag or diaper bag) and something to call their own.
