The Muslim Community and Health Center (MCHC) offers comprehensive medical care, counseling, a variety of discounted blood tests and discounted point of care testing to the insured, uninsured and underinsured members of the community. The clinic has male and female licensed providers Hours of Operation: Primary Care Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 9am–2pm; Wednesday, 1pm-7pm; Thursday, 9am–1pm; Friday, 10 am-5 pm; Saturday, 11:30 am-5 pm. Behavioral Medicine Counseling Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 9 am - 6 pm; Wednesday, 9pm–6pm; Thursday 1 pm to 6 pm, Friday 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday, 9am–6pm. Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment; walk-ins accepted. Intake Requirements / Documents Required: ID Card/Insurance card (if applicable); call for more details. Cost: $25 flat fee for all self-pay medical clinic patients; discounted rates for point of care tests; insured patients are responsible for co-pay. For Behavioral Health: $105 new patient, $95 follow up.
