Description:

SDC operates programs to improve the lives of low-income individuals and families. These include youth and family development programs, life and career development, healthy relationships programs, senior companions for the home bound and the Counseling and Wellness Clinic. Also offers asset development programs, education and training and support services such as energy assistance and food programs.

Counseling & Wellness Clinic: Outpatient treatment program for substance abuse and mental health needs for youth between the ages of 8-19. Individual, group and family counseling, case management, referrals, consultations and case coordination advocacy.
