Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
Provides psychiatric and psychotherapy services on a traditional outpatient basis. Services are provided through a variety of funding sources, Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, HMO’s and on a Sliding Fee Scale for the uninsured. Appointments are recommended, however we do take patients on a walk-in basis.
Substance Abuse Services
Counseling services are provided on a traditional outpatient basis. Services are available through a variety of funding sources, Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, HMO’s and on a Sliding Fee Scale for the uninsured.
Drug Testing
On site drug testing for both insured and uninsured clients. Clients without insurance are charged an initial fee of $15 for a three panel drug test (Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates). Contesting the result requires an additional fee of $25 to have it analyzed by an independent lab for gas chromatography. Please contact Elizabeth Collier at (414) 374-2400 to schedule a drug test. |
