Meet one-on-one for three sessions and meet for five group sessions. One-on-one sessions are insurance billable or fee will be assessed on a sliding fee scale. Group sessions cost $125 for all five.

Learn skills to manage anger in a productive manner so that you can "stay cool" during "hot encounters."

Fireworks- Handling Anger in the Family
Thursdays
6:00pm-8:00pm
(10 sessions. Call for start dates.)

Fee: $95 per participant or $125 per couple, child care provided (scholarships available)
This is an educational and skill-building program based on Fireworks, an evidence based anger management curriculum for parents. Participants learn about their own anger, what causes it, what its components are (besides the raw emotion), and how to express it constructively. Certificate awarded upon completion of course.
