Of the 53 families referred to MHA's Invisible Children's Program (ICP) by the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare (BMCW) that successfully completed the program, 83% were reunified.  100% of the families referred to by BMCW Safety Service, remained together and did not become part of BMCW Ongoing Services.
