By mail: Send a letter requesting that MHA be designated as your charity of choice for the "We Care" program. Include your Advantage Plus Savers Card number, our charity number (502250) and your signature to: Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc., P.O. Box 473, Milwaukee, WI 53201.
