A program designed to help keep prescription
drugs accessible and affordable for Wisconsin
residents. All Wisconsin residents are
eligible. The BadgerRx Gold program can be helpful if you do not have health
insurance; have health insurance but do not have a prescription drug benefit;
are in a plan with high coinsurance; or are in a plan that does not cover the
medicines you need. BadgerRx Gold is not a drug discount card. It is a program
that offers lower costs on selected medications. BadgerRx Gold members pay an
annual enrollment fee of $25 per person ($20 if enrolling online) or $75 per
family of four or more ($70 if enrolling online). Must use a participating pharmacy.

available to provide assistance to Wisconsin Medicare beneficiaries (including
those under age 65 who receive Medicare coverage due to a disability) regarding
prescription drug benefits. Offers public education concerning choices and
options in prescription drug coverage under Medicare, SeniorCare, and other
prescription drug benefits.

The Helpline can help eligible
people under the age of 60 with a disability choose a drug plan or decide to
enroll in a drug plan at all. The Helpline can also assist you with your
rights, access to drugs, changing plans, appeal processes, and billing
problems. Language translation available.

A discount program available
to Milwaukee County residents for prescriptions not
covered by insurance. Each prescription has a different discount amount with an
average savings of 20%. A card may be obtained by calling 877-321-2652 or the
Mental Health America at 414-276-3122.
The card may only be used at participating pharmacies. Any Milwaukee County resident is eligible.

The Partnership for
Prescription Assistance brings together America's pharmaceutical companies,
doctors, other health care providers, patient advocacy organizations, and
community groups to help qualifying patients who lack prescription coverage get
the medicines they need through the public or private program that's right for
them. This web site offers a single point of access to more than 475 public and
private patient assistance programs, including more than 180 programs offered
by pharmaceutical companies. Patients can determine
which programs they may be eligible for by answering questions and using the
online application wizard.

A prescription drug assistance program for Wisconsin residents who are 65 years of age or older who
meet the eligibility criteria. Those interested may apply at any time. The
Department of Health and Family Services (DHFS) administers the SeniorCare
program. There is a $30 annual enrollment fee per person. Annual income
determines the level of coverage. Assets are not counted.

savings card for eligible residents of the United States who have no
prescription drug coverage, are not eligible for Medicare, and meet household
income requirements. This program was created and is sponsored by a group of
pharmaceutical companies. Savings vary by prescription. Most pharmacies accept
the Together RX card.
