Volunteer/ Intern Opportunities

There are many benefits to volunteering. You can meet new people, gain satisfaction from helping others, develop new skills, and learn more about mental health programs in the community. To be a great volunteer, you will be willing to learn or try something new, be flexible, take your commitment seriously, and take initiative. If you are interested in volunteering, please download the volunteer/ internship application below.
A few things to consider before you volunteer:
1. Why do you want to volunteer?
2. What skills do you want to use (or learn)?
3. What are the particular causes you would like to assist?
4. How much time can you commit to volunteering?
