<li>Parenting Skills – You will better understand the effects mental illness has on parenting and learn skills to improve your nurturing and feel like a stronger      parent.</li>
<li>Support Group – Come and be heard! Share what is going on with you with a Peer Specialist and get help figuring out what to do.</li>
<li>Art Expression – Youth and parents will have an opportunity to make arts or crafts.</li>
<li>Walk and Talk – Take a short walk outside with a Peer Support Specialist and discuss and parenting and/or mental health concerns.</li>
<li>Others include – Healthy Relationships, Anger/Stress Management, Employment Basics</li>
</ul>
