Mental Health Screening

Taking a mental health screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. Mental health conditions are real, common and treatable. And recovery is possible. Act B4Stage4!

When you click the button below, a new window will open to the national Mental Health America website. You will find screenings for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, alcohol/substance use, a youth screen, a parent screen and a psychosis screen.

Following the screening, you will be provided with information, resources and tools to discuss the results with a provider. And, you can also return to this website for local resources and information.

If you are in crisis, please dial 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1 (800) 273-8255.
