Provides free and confidential alcohol and drug consultation and referral services by phone to help people who are concerned about themselves or a loved one. IMPACT does not provide treatment services and is not affiliated with any health care provider. Referrals are based on the needs of the individual. Online screening is also available.
IMPACT is a designated Access Point for Milwaukee County residents 18-59 years old with an alcohol or drug abuse history who are seeking treatment. Screenings conducted at IMPACT determine eligibility and level of care for the client to enter treatment and/or be referred to recovery support services. Insured and uninsured individuals are encouraged to inquire about your options. CCS provider.
