A statewide not-for-profit organization run by families for families that include children and adolescents who have emotional, behavioral, mental, and substance abuse disorders. Helps parents develop skills necessary to advocate for their families and children. Sponsors workshops and cosponsors conferences locally and statewide for parents and professionals, and provides parents with scholarships to attend other state and national conferences. The agency's mission is to provide greater understanding, acceptance, and support in the community for families having children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral and mental disorders.
