Aurora Family Service helps you to regain and maintain stability in your life. Our services adapt to your needs, from in-office therapy to intensive home-based care and counseling. We partner with Aurora's care clinics, community resource centers and other local organizations to get you access to the best services for your situation. Our programs include:

The Center for Financial Wellness Financial Counseling Clinic provides a full range of financial counseling services for families at-risk for financial distress. Services include a comprehensive financial health assessment, credit counseling, financial education, money management skills training, budgeting, mortgage/housing counseling, financial planning, and debt management assistance.

Family Counseling Clinic is a DHS 35 Certified Mental Health Outpatient Clinic that provides outpatient psychotherapy services for low-income at-risk individuals, couples, and families. The services are provided within family systems, trauma-informed, and cultural humility frameworks.

Family Enrichment Home Visitation Program provides prenatal care coordination and childcare coordination services to low-income women and families at-risk for an adverse birth outcome.

My Choice Family Care Home Visitation Program provides home health and case management services for older adults participating in the Wisconsin Family Care Program. The program is part of the My Choice Family Care Managed Care Network Public Benefits Connection provides enrollment and disability determination services for Aurora patients eligible for state entitlement programs. Services include eligibility determination, application enrollment support, and social services navigation.

Wisconsin Well Woman Social Work Navigation Program partners with the Department of Health Services to support low-income women who are at-risk for breast or cervical cancer. The program provides social work navigation services to remove barriers that prevent women from completing their breast and cervical cancer screenings; diagnostic follow up tests; and initiation to cancer treatment if screening is positive for cancer.
