2016 NAMI Wisconsin Annual Conference: Connecting Heart to Heart
The conference theme, Connecting Heart to Heart, envelops the core principles of emotional CPR. It is meant to teach people how to form supportive connections that empower them to assume meaningful roles in their community, as well as teach people how to assist others to feel more hopeful and engaged in life. The conference hopes to bring a mix of audiences to the conference, including mental health providers and leaders, social workers and clinicians in addition to consumers and family members and allow all these people to learn under one roof, side by side.
