SEEKING SAFETY: A Women’s Empowerment Group

By attending you will:

• Explore the link between trauma and substance use
• Gain recovery support
• Learn stress management and self-care skills
• Take back your power!

*This is not a process group.  The goal is not to discuss your trauma experiences in depth, but instead to build new skills to help you cope with trauma and feel safer in your day to day life.
