Whether the search is for a therapist who accepts Medicaid, a support group, information on a specific mental illness or how to get help if you don't have insurance, we provide timely assistance.

We are able to provide specific resources for Milwaukee County and general resources for the rest of the State.

Our phone is staffed from 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.

Contains youth and family resources including mental health hotlines; support and crisis lines; clinical services; support services; abuse; and more.

We are also pleased to include a new section of resources for the Spanish-speaking community, compiled by the Milwaukee Latino Health Coalition Mental Health Action Team, and an Addiction Services section, compiled in partnership with Community Advocates Public Policy Institute.

Brochures & Fact Sheets

MHA distributes resource guides, brochures, and fact sheets annually about depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other mental illnesses as well as topics such as raising mentally healthy children, how to choose a mental health provider, resiliency and handling stress. MHA  also prints and distributes two quarterly newsletters.
