Topics may focus on depression; stress management; self-esteem; suicide prevention; dealing with anger; and recognizing the signs and symptoms of mental illness. Workplace Outreach & Education
MHA provides business-focused presentations on topics related to mental health and the workplace such as stress, depression and work/life balance. All of these issues can cause problems for employers,employees, and their families that include a decrease in productivity,low morale, and an increase in health care costs. Learn more >>
MHA provides trainings and toolkits for school personnel. Training may include topics like red flag behaviors in children or adolescents or recognizing signs and symptoms of suicide. A toolkit is available for suicide prevention initiatives. Learn more >>
